What this site keeps, and why.

A short note about livingcodeos.com — the marketing site, not the product. Effective .

What this site collects

Very little. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind beyond what Cloudflare's network handles to serve them.

The site is static HTML served by Cloudflare. It runs no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers. Two things on it write anything down about you: the early-access form and the demo agent. Both are described below. A third table counts model calls (surface, model, sizes, timing) and holds nothing about you.

The waitlist

If you join the early-access list, we keep your address and whatever else you typed. Nothing else happens.

The form stores your email address; the optional name, company and use-case text; which form you used; a hash of your IP address that rotates daily (we keep the hash, not the address); and your browser's user-agent string. Those rows live in a Cloudflare D1 database. Submitting the same address again updates that row rather than adding one.

A first submission sends two emails: one notification to a single Duval Software inbox, and one confirmation to you from an @livingcodeos.com address. That is the whole flow. No address is shared or sold, and there is no marketing drip.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the form to block bots. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to it.

Talking to Jeffery

Jeffery is this deployment's resident agent; every deployment names its own. On this site he answers from one document, the overview, and cannot act on anything.

Questions typed or spoken into the demo go to Cloudflare Workers AI, which generates the answer. The text of each question and answer is logged with a session id (a random id made when the page loads, not stored in your browser) and the same daily-rotating IP hash used by the waitlist. The team reads those logs to see what people ask and to improve the demo.

If your browser has built-in speech recognition, microphone audio is handled by the browser and its vendor's speech service and never reaches this site. Otherwise a short clip is sent to the Whisper fallback on Workers AI, transcribed, and not retained. Voice replies are generated per request and are not stored.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies of its own.

There are no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers. The only third-party requests the site makes are to Google Fonts and, on the early-access form, Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser's localStorage holds one preference: whether voice replies are on. That value never leaves your browser.

Google's privacy policy applies to the font request; Cloudflare's applies to Turnstile.

Contact

To have an address removed from the waitlist, or a chat log deleted, email lucas@duvalsoftware.com. Say which you mean and, for a chat, roughly when it happened. Changes to this note will carry a new effective date at the top of the page.
